7th Internal QCC

The 7th Internal Quality Control Circle (QCC) was successfully held in March 2025, bringing together enthusiastic teams from across departments to showcase their ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

An Internal QCC is a group of employees from the same work area who come together regularly to identify, analyze, and solve work-related problems. These efforts are a crucial part of our Total Quality Management (TQM) system, aiming to improve quality, productivity, and employee engagement across the organization.

During the event, participating teams presented innovative, data-driven solutions to real workplace challenges. Their presentations highlighted teamwork, analytical thinking, and a shared passion for enhancing our processes and standards.

4th QCC competition

QCC (Quality Control Circles) are a participative approach to problem solving in which groups of operatives from the shop floor area identifies, analyse and devise solutions to problems, driving a continuous improvement in business and quality standards.

The annual quality competition is an important part of sustaining Daiki’s operation standards and improving the capability of our employee's skills. This is our commitment to continuously develop and make sustainable success to our businesses.
